When you open a customer account, you agree that your inventory data (e.g. name, address, e-mail address) and your usage data (password) are stored. This enables you to order from us using your e-mail address and your personal password.

Your account

The password:
- must be at least 8 and at most 20 characters long
- must contain at least one digit, one lower case letter and one upper case letter
- must not be identical to the e-mail address
- may only contain the following special characters _ - ! @ # $ & ( )
