Checklist: Does the Arm Fit Your System?

Since there is no universal standard for plug connections, please measure exactly:

• • Tube Diameter: If you want to clamp an arm to an existing pole, the diameter of the pole (e.g., 35mm) is crucial. Measure this with calipers.
• • Leverage & Stability: The longer the arm, the greater the leverage on the desk edge. Check if your desktop is stable enough (be careful with honeycomb/hollow core cardboard filling!) and if the stand can balance the weight of a second monitor.
• • Connection Type: Some systems are plugged in, others clamped to the pole. Compare the connections visually and technically with your existing system.
