The adjustable gas spring supports height adjustment and can be adapted to the monitor's weight. The monitor arm offers a height range of 255 to 550 mm, a 295 mm height adjustment range, and an extension of up to 460 mm. For large curved and ultrawide monitors

The ARES WING is approved for monitors from 17 to 49 inches. This makes it suitable for standard office monitors, large gaming monitors, curved displays, and ultrawide monitors.

With large monitors, the screen size is not the only factor that matters. The monitor's weight without the stand, depth, VESA mounting position, and center of gravity are also important.

Adjustable gas spring for controlled height adjustment

After installation, the spring tension should be adjusted according to the monitor's weight. If the spring is set too strongly, the monitor will move upward. If it is too weak, the monitor may sink.

295 mm height adjustment range and 460 mm extension

The height range is 255 to 550 mm. This results in a 295 mm height adjustment range. The maximum height from the desk surface to the VESA center is 550 mm.

This allows the screen to be adjusted to the seating position, viewing angle, and working style. With large curved or ultrawide monitors, the rotation movement should always be planned with sufficient space around the monitor.

C-clamp or grommet mount

The ARES WING can be attached to the edge of the desk using the included C-clamp. The C-clamp is suitable for desk surfaces with a thickness of 10 to 45 mm.

Alternatively, an included grommet mount can be used. This is also suitable for desk surfaces from 10 to 45 mm thick. The suitable hole diameter is approximately 10 to 60 mm.

Before purchasing, check the desk thickness, desk edge, existing hole, and available space underneath the desk. A stable desk surface is particularly important for heavy monitors.

VESA 75x75 and 100x100 with Quick Release

The monitor arm is suitable for monitors with VESA 75x75 mm or VESA 100x100 mm. The VESA plate is removable, making monitor installation easier.

The Quick Release plate can first be attached to the monitor. The monitor is then hooked onto the arm using the plate. This is particularly practical with larger monitors, as they are more difficult to hold during installation.

This is particularly useful with large monitors because multiple cables can be routed neatly from the screen to the desk. Make sure the cables have enough slack so that arm movement is not restricted.

If the monitor does not fit directly

Not every monitor can be attached directly to a VESA mount. Some monitors do not have a VESA mounting pattern, have a recessed rear panel, or use a hole pattern that does not directly match the mount.
